Four steps, about five minutes of your time

Everything happens online. You never have to visit the appraisal district.

  1. Step 1

    Find your property

Search by street address or by the account number on your appraisal notice. Add as many properties as you own.

  2. Step 2

    Confirm the owner

Enter the legal name of the person signing. If a trust or LLC owns the property, tell us your role.

  3. Step 3

    Sign Form 50-162 online

Your electronic signature appoints us as your agent with the appraisal district. A copy lands in your inbox.

  4. Step 4

    We take it from there

We gather evidence, file the protest, and represent you at informal review and the appraisal review board.

Everything we file and everything you send us stays in one place, per property and per tax year.

Questions owners ask us

Talk to a person

We reply within one business day.

If I hire you, do I need to attend my hearing?

No. You authorize O’Day Harrison Grant as your agent by signing the appointment form online, and we take it from there. We prepare the protest, talk to the appraisal district and attend the hearing on your behalf.

What is the protest deadline?

May 15 for all property, or 30 days after you receive your notice of appraised value, whichever is later. Signing up before the deadline gives us time to build the strongest case.

How much do you charge?

One flat price per property for the tax year, set by the property’s market value. You see the exact amount before checkout and pay once at sign-up by card or Apple Pay. We never take a percentage of your savings. See the Pricing page for the price table.

Do you always get a reduction?

No one can guarantee a reduction. What we can promise is that we put our resources and more than 100 years of combined experience into making sure your property is assessed fairly.

Are your consultants licensed?

Yes. All of our agents are licensed property tax consultants through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
